We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage maintain and continuously improve our Salesforce platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders IT and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce supports business processes efficiently securely and at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong technical Salesforce expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including user setup profiles roles permission sets and security controls
Configure and optimize Salesforce features such as objects fields validation rules flows page layouts record types and automation
Manage data integrity through data imports updates deduplication and governance best practices
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Support integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms (APIs middleware or managed packages)
Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support and training
Manage releases sandbox environments deployments and change management processes
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
Ensure platform compliance with security privacy and audit requirements
Document system configurations processes and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Experience Cloud)
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows Approval Processes)
Proficiency in data management reporting and dashboard creation
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator Platform App Builder or Consultant certifications)
Experience with CPQ Revenue Cloud or industry-specific Salesforce products
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset Copado Git) and CI/CD practices
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft Boomi REST/SOAP APIs)
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
