Salesforce Business Analysis with Salesforce Functional knowledge and experience:
- Gather and interpret requirements from the business
- Analyze existing business processes recommend optimization and process area improvements.
- Understanding the business requirements and through a structured process modeling validating and translating it into business requirement specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution.
- Participate in the solution design process
- Prepare the business requirement document functional design document user stories etc.
