Tuesday: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM

Job Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to support clinical operations in an outpatient healthcare setting. This role involves both front-office and back-office responsibilities including patient interaction clinical support and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Greet room and prepare patients for provider visits
Measure and document vital signs and patient information
Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture and specimen collection
Administer vaccines and injections as directed
Manage appointment scheduling and phone inquiries
Assist providers with clinical and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate documentation in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Collaborate with clinical staff to support daily operations

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (excluding externship)
Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience required
Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

Medical Assistant Certification
Occupational Health experience
