Your opportunity

As a Services Operations & Reporting Officer you will play a key role behind the scenes supporting frontline teams to use their systems confidently ensuring data is set up and reported correctly and helping improve the tools and processes that keep our services running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support frontline staff to accurately record manage and extract client data in line with organisational and funder reporting requirements.
  • Set up new or expanding services in internal systems to ensure correct data collection and reporting from day one.
  • Load data into government and funder portals troubleshoot upload errors and ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Develop clear training materials guides FAQs and elearning resources to build staff capability and confidence in system use.
  • Deliver targeted system training and provide troubleshooting support to reduce user errors and improve data quality.
  • Work collaboratively with IT managers and service teams to improve system processes strengthen communication and support change initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes automate tasks update system configurations and contribute to crossfunctional improvement projects.

Requirements for success

  • A genuine passion for customer service supporting frontline teams and contributing to strong accurate and meaningful outcomes for clients.
  • Strong experience using client data systems including extracting analysing and reporting on information.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical or complex information in simple practical language to nontechnical staff.
  • Proven capability in building positive collaborative relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in managing projects balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to analyse problems identify root causes and recommend practical solutions or improvements.
  • Confidence in developing training materials and delivering training that builds capability and reduces errors.

Before starting work with us you will need to undertake a national police history check qualifications and referee checks and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
