This is a build embed and elevate role.
We are seeking a Safety Quality & Compliance Officer who can design implement and drive the systems that underpin how they operate. You will lead the development of our safety management framework quality systems and compliance processes while steering ISO accreditation across Environment OHS and Quality.
You will work closely with the Managing Director leadership and operational teams to create practical usable systems that improve performance reduce risk and support a strong proactive safety culture.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5 years experience in safety quality or compliance roles Strong experience with ISO systems ( 45001) Background in industrial manufacturing or service environments Experience developing and implementing management systems Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks Strong documentation audit and procedure-writing capability Ability to influence teams and drive cultural change Relevant qualifications in OHS Quality or Environmental Management Lead Auditor certification (highly regarded) Most importantly youre someone who can translate complex requirements into practical systems people actually use.
