Job Summary
A distinguished independent boarding and day school in Derbyshire is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages to join its established Languages department. The Role
You will teach French across Key Stages 35 and contribute to German at Key Stage 3 or 4 depending on your specialism. Sixth Form classes are small and discussion-led allowing for focused language practice and in-depth cultural study.
The department places emphasis on authentic communication structured grammar progression and exam preparation that builds both confidence and precision. Teachers are encouraged to incorporate literature film and contemporary media into their lessons to enrich cultural understanding.
