Werde Teil unseres FM-Teams und treibe als Performance Manager die operative Exzellenz voran! Du kombinierst Datenanalyse mit strategischem Denken und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft des Facility Managements mit.
Das erwartet dich
- Daten & Systeme zum Leben erweckenDu verwaltest unsere CRM-Systeme und sorgst für präzise Kunden- und Vertragsdaten. Entwickle aussagekräftige KPIs und implementiere smarte Tracking-Systeme. Analysiere Budgets überwache Performance und erstelle Reports die wirklich Mehrwert schaffen.
- Digitale Plattformen gestaltenBaue kollaborative Teamsites auf die Teams wirklich verbinden. Passe Plattformen an individuelle Projektbedürfnisse an und bringe allen bei wie sie optimal genutzt werden. Entdecke neue Technologien die unsere FM-Operations auf das nächste Level heben.
- Kunden begeisternErstelle aussagekräftige Kundenberichte und halte Präsentationen die im Gedächtnis bleiben. Führe Kundenbefragungen durch und verwandle Feedback in konkrete Verbesserungen. Du bist der Brückenbauer zwischen uns und unseren Kunden.
- Wandel aktiv gestaltenBegleite spannende Change-Prozesse von der Technologie-Einführung bis zur Organisationsentwicklung. Führe neue FM-Accounts nahtlos ein und etabliere Prozesse die von Anfang an funktionieren. Stelle sicher dass alle Standards und Compliance-Anforderungen erfüllt werden.
- Trends erkennen & umsetzenHalte den Finger am Puls der FM-Branche und teile deine Insights mit dem Team. Analysiere neue Technologien und regulatorische Entwicklungen. Unterstütze Lieferantenbewertungen und entwickle Strategien für bessere Partnerschaften.
Damit überzeugst du uns
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (BWL FM oder ähnlich)
- 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Business Analysis (idealerweise im FM)
- Starke Kenntnisse in CRM und Datenanalyse
- Erfahrung mit Finanzreporting und KPI-Entwicklung
- Präsentations-Skills die überzeugen
- Projektmanagement- und Compliance-Know-how
- Analytischer Kopf mit Blick fürs Detail
- Lösungsorientiert und hands-on Mentalität
- Kommunikationsstark und beziehungsfähig
- Flexibel und belastbar in schnelllebigen Umgebungen
