ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sourcing Specialist to support procurement initiatives and drive value across the supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams strengthen supplier partnerships and contribute to strategic sourcing efforts in a dynamic international environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Research and identify suitable suppliers based on business needs and evaluate their capabilities reliability and strategic fit
Negotiate pricing delivery terms and service agreements while supporting contract creation and management
Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable sourcing insights
Collaborate with the Procurement Team to implement sourcing strategies cost-saving initiatives supplier diversification and sustainability efforts
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent and reliable supply addressing performance issues when needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations maintaining accurate records and preparing sourcing performance reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or a related field or equivalent practical experience
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and market trends
Proficiency in procurement tools and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with industry standards and procurement best practices.
