Job Summary

Our internship program is a full-time 10-week long program running from June 4 through August 14 2026. Applicants should be based in the Chicago area for the duration of the program to participate in our hybrid work environment at our Chicago headquarters. Applicants should also currently be pursuing a bachelors degree or higher with an expected graduation date in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.

What to expect during your internship:

  • Onboarding Training:Ouronboarding program willshare alltheinformation you need to be successful during your internship at Strata. You will learn about our mission our history our products & services and our people!
  • Meaningful Work:Youllreceive challenging projectsto complete during your internship. The project will give you a running start into the exciting world of software that is positivelyimpactingsome of our nations most critical industries. We hope this work inspires you to expand into a full-time summer is over youwillpresent your work to our Executive Leadership Team!
  • Networking:You will have many opportunities to network across all areas of the business. Whetheritsthrough one-on-one coffee chats or lunch & learnsyou will meet many of the people who fuel our mission!
  • Culture:Throughout the summer we host a variety of social and networking activities such as monthly in person lunch and happy hourtohelp you truly experience our amazing culture andworkingin downtown Chicago.

Howyoullmake an impactduring your internship:

  • Work with a top-notch team acrossseveralStrataServicespractices including but not limited toData IntegrationPlanning & Performance Management Decision SupportandProject Management
  • Gain exposure and experience in an Agile setting
  • Assistin preparing best practice customer-facing tools and templates
  • Utilize financial business and organizationalmodels to develop more efficient higher quality operationalprocesses
  • Communicate complex analyses and improvement recommendations to colleagues
  • Analyze information todetermine recommend and plan the implementation of new processes and procedures across theStrataServices team
  • Collect compile and present various data metric sets to the operations team
  • Own the execution and maintenance of tasks on a daily and weekly basis

Whatwerelooking for:

  • Currently pursuing abachelorsdegree or higherwith graduation date in Winter 2026or Spring 2027in HealthcareAdministration Healthcare Informatics Finance Businessorarelated field
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter whopossessesthe ability to work effectively with limited guidance when necessary
  • Interest in pursuing a career in consulting software or operations management
  • A passion for the healthcare industry -wedlove to help you find it here!

Estimated Salary Range: $25/hr

Actual salary will be determined based on factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
