Description

As anAdvanced Application Engineerhere at Honeywell you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing advanced applications that enhance our product offerings and drive customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and youll work out of our Mason OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering processes contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies that improve operational performance and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems and processes.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams to optimize application performance and usability.
  • Translate customer needs to usable design requirements.
  • Design systems utilizingHoneywell standard offerings and outside purchased products.
  • Balance design optimization with customer budgetary constraints.
  • Assist in writing proposals that are both technically correct and easily readable by customers.
  • Support Sales in customer meetings throughout proposal cycle.


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
  • 5 or more years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
