The Role

Were looking for an enthusiastic organised and people-focused Office Administrator/Coordinator to join our Auckland team.

If you thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment love variety and enjoy making things run seamlessly this is the role for you. Youll be the central hub of our Auckland office supporting engineers leaders and the wider team so everything operates efficiently and effectively. With opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career as our New Zealand business grows no two days will be the same. From administration and coordination to culture-building and project support this role is ideal for someone who loves variety and is keen to take on new challenges.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Office Coordination: Be the welcoming face and voice of our Auckland office manage meetings travel bookings and document preparation.
  • Team Support: Help maintain a positive connected team culture assist with health and safety marketing and general administrative tasks.
  • Project Support: Provide support to engineers and senior managers and take ownership of opportunities to grow into areas such as project coordination or document control.
  • Assist the Office Manager with ad hoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

About You

Were after a proactive professional all-rounder who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person who gets things done with a smile. Youll bring:

  • At least 2 years administration experience (experience in professional services or engineering is a bonus).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to build rapport at all levels.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Adobe or InDesign experience is a bonus).
  • Outstanding organisation and attention to detail with a proactive can-do attitude.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a close-knit team.
