Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Rooms the Front Office Manager will manage day-to-day operations of Concierge Front Desk and At-Your-Service (Telecommunications). Your responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Provide positive leadership and foster a culture of engaged Associatesto ensure the success of the team

  • Manage projectsand ensure policies and procedures are administered fairlyand adhered too

  • Emphasiseguest satisfaction during all departmental meetings focusingon continuous improvement

  • Manage staffing levels to ensure that guest service operational needs and financial objectives are met

  • Supports developmental needs by coaching mentoring or training to improve the teams knowledge or skills

  • Deliver departmental orientation program for Associatesto receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job

  • Excellent communication with the Front Office team and Associates to create awareness of business objectives

Previous experience in a similar role or ability to demonstrate concrete exposure in handling a Front Office team within a luxury hotel is mandatory.
