The Role
The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout ensuring schedules budgets and quality standards are met. This role works closely with superintendents subcontractors and ownership to keep projects moving efficiently and profitably.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion
Oversee project budgets cost tracking and change orders
Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans
Coordinate with superintendents subcontractors and vendors
Lead project meetings and communicate with owners architects and consultants
Utilize Procore for document control RFIs submittals and project tracking
Review and negotiate subcontractor scopes and contracts
Ensure compliance with safety quality and contractual requirements
Manage project closeout documentation and turnover
Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Experience with tenant improvement and/or ground-up projects
Strong working knowledge of Procore (required)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of construction means and methods
Excellent communication organization and leadership skills
