Your Profile

As an Executive Artist Management youll play a key role in driving artist bookings and managing relationships across the live music ecosystem. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Pitching domestic artists to promoters festivals clubs venues and brand-led events.
Managing the end-to-end artist booking process from enquiry to confirmation.
Negotiating artist fees deal terms payment structures and riders.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with promoters artist agents managers and agencies.
Collecting and coordinating booking details such as dates venues commercials and logistics.
Working closely with internal production marketing and finance teams for smooth execution.
Ensuring contracts invoices and payment timelines are followed accurately.
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the artist booking pipeline.
Tracking market trends artist demand and competitive pricing.
Supporting the growth and management of a strong domestic and international artist roster.

Your Checklist

1-3 years of experience in artist bookings talent buying or the music/events industry.
Strong network of promoters artist agents managers and agencies.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple bookings under tight timelines.
Experience working with festivals and large-scale live events.
Knowledge of international touring logistics.
Familiarity with electronic and live music artists.
Strong email etiquette and professional communication.
High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
