To support our international operations we are looking for a Technical Support L1 Technician to join our Technical Support team at our office in A Coruña.
Your role at TRISON
As a Technical Support L1 Technician you will be part of a global support team responsible for the maintenance and technical management of audiovisual projects for clients across more than 100 countries. You will play a key role in ensuring service continuity and a positive customer experience.
What will you be involved in
- Handling technical queries and incidents received via phone email and ticketing tools.
- Basic incident management and first-level troubleshooting.
- Providing customer support in multiple languages mainly in English related to assigned audiovisual projects.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure incidents are properly escalated and resolved.
- Supporting international clients in a dynamic technology-focused environment.
What we value in you
- Previous experience in administrative tasks and technical customer support.
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential). Knowledge of other languages such as German French or Italian is highly valued.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel Teams Outlook).
- Experience using instant messaging tools and ticketing or project management platforms.
- A service-oriented mindset strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a structured way and handle repetitive processes with attention to detail.
