The primary responsibility of the role consists of support projects develop and optimize transport tools and facilities in Global Logistic Department.
Besides in the scope it is also considered the elaboration of technical documentation of transport and lifting equipment for projects. Supervising projects and support regions with technical questions about the designs and manufacturing visits tests validations and others related to the function and the interaction under request of Logistic Technical Office Department.
You will be expected to both facilitate and participate in the development improvement and implementation of the various products and platforms within Onshore Execution.
What are your responsibilities
Coordinate input to product and platform development process representing Logistic in the process
Develop Transport concepts for new platforms together with stakeholders
Ensure products and platforms are matured for Logistic point of view (documentation spare parts parts training requirements manning requirements etc.)
Facilitate knowledge sharing with regions to ensure feedback loops to and from development process
Facilitate broad alignment in Logistics regarding new product and platform introduction
Knowledge sharing across the organization
Liaise with other departments to facilitate most efficient execution of the whole transport process.
Gather and facilitate resolution of technical queries from operations in Logistics.
Identify and support new solutions for improving
Support in building business cases that evaluate full operational impacts of new solutions/products
Recommend how new wind turbine platforms and products should be implemented and coordinate the operational input from product requirement specification
Set targets for new products & platforms costs together with the regions
Based on above analysis recommend changes to products
Review writing new processes for windfarm components in logistic phase for both transport and lifting.
Drafting and fulfillment of deliverables (2D drawings 3D operations manuals weight and dimensions documents.) at corresponding project gates and milestones.
Writing of an evaluation report of the performance of transport and lifting equipments.
Attendance at meetings validations visits on demand support and provision of solutions measures to ensure operational processes.
Preparation of requirement documents for the design of new toolkits.
Coordinate the project development of new transport and lifting toolkits.
Loading and creation of documentation in PDM/Windchill and Team Center.
Search for commercial solutions proposals to solve roadblocks from the technical point of view.
Writing and maintenance of existing technical related documents and protocol originated in or related to TOF ED scope taking responsibility of them
What do you need to fit
University degree in engineering mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
Ideally 2 years in a management consultancy or strategy department of a large or mid-sized corporation with experience driving transformation projects.
Accredited experience in field in the wind sector with technical knowledges on execution of validation test for transport toolkits on special vehicles and lifting operations.
Availability to travel (car driving licence) for attending meetings and validation tests around the world.
Training and deep knowledge in PLM/Windchill and TeamCenter.
Advance user in 3D Modeling and trainings and CATIA (V6 and V5) NX and Autocad.
Advance user in Microsoft Office Applications.
