SALARY:Starting Salary Opportunity: $ 96000
Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
BONUS:Bonus at Target: $ 24000
This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Total Rewards Strategy:
Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
Ensure alignment of total rewardsoffering withmarket trends legislation and corporateobjectives.
Review and assess policies and practices tomaintaincompliance.
Monitor compensation practices assess market competitiveness andidentifyopportunities for optimization.
Execution& ContinuousImprovement
Ensure effective operational execution of total rewards programs includingbenefitsadministration and compensation cycles.
Execute and adhere to the processes and timelinesestablishedby global/zone business units ensuringtimelyexecution for Canada.
Foster a proactive and optimization mindsetidentifyingareas for improvement within the total rewards program.
Continuously assess employee engagement and satisfaction with total rewards offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate should havea proventrack recordof delivering results and sustainable improvements in prior roles byexecuting withdiscipline dreaming big leading the change anddemonstratingimpact and influence.
Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and total rewards management preferably in both union and non-union environments.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven ability to produce and interpret compensation-related data.
High levelofproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS (Workday preferred).
Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
StrongResilience and adaptabilityskills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Languages: English (required) French Bilingual (asset).
