CommQuest Services is seeking a full-time on-site IT Systems & Network Administrator to ensure the reliability security and performance of our technology systems across all locations. This role is critical to minimizing staff downtime protecting sensitive data and maintaining secure efficient IT operations that directly support our mission of mental health and substance use recovery services.

CommQuest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health addiction recovery and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. What youll do:

  • Administer maintain and secure servers systems and IT infrastructure across multiple locations
  • Manage and support wired and wireless networks firewalls switches VPNs and site-to-site connectivity
  • Monitor system and network performance backups storage and security
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues to minimize staff downtime
  • Provision and manage user accounts permissions and workstations (Active Directory Microsoft 365)
  • Support onboarding offboarding and role changes with accurate access control
  • All other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday - Friday typical office hours. Occasional holidays weekends and/or special events. The position is located in Stark County.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated experience administering and supporting IT systems and networks in a professional environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server environments including Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with VMware or other virtualization platforms
  • Working knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VLANs firewalls wireless networking)
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Preferred Education Certifications and Experience

  • Associate Degree or higher in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
  • Five or more years of IT systems and network administration experience
  • Experience with healthcare/behavioral health information systems
  • VOIP or cloud-based phone system experience
  • Experience managing firewalls switches and wireless infrastructure
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network Security Microsoft VMware)
