Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Computer Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
Hands-on experience with electrified powertrain calibration or embedded controls (BEV or Hybrid).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
In-depth knowledge of powertrain systems and disciplined calibration processes.
Demonstrated leadership in engaging stakeholders and driving project success.

Proficiency with INCA/calibration tools
Proficiency with control system development tools (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink GT-Power).
Experience in powertrain control algorithm development and OBD/embedded software.
Solid understanding of internal combustion engine fundamentals.
Background in engine/transmission design development or systems engineering.
