Job Summary
Behind every efficient production floor is a leader who keeps people aligned processes moving and standards highand thats where you come in. As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor youll lead by example guiding your team to meet production goals while maintaining safety quality and efficiency throughout the shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two nights are the same. Youll balance floor-level problem solving with people leadership coaching your team addressing challenges in real time and ensuring a smooth transition between shifts. What Your Day Looks Like
- Hours Monday Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm some Saturdays are required.
- Supervise and support production team members during 2nd shift operations.
- Ensure production schedules quality standards and safety requirements are consistently met.
- Monitor workflow troubleshoot issues and make real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency.
- Train coach and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Enforce company policies safety procedures and standard operating practices.
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities updates and expectations.
- Complete production reports documentation and shift handoffs.
- Collaborate with maintenance quality and management teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Address performance attendance and disciplinary matters as needed.
