Embrace is an Irish family-owned provider of support services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities autistic spectrum disorder and acquired brain injuries.

With 17 homes across counties Meath Louth Dublin Wicklow Kildare and Wexford and plans for continued growth the organisation is now at an important stage in its development. We are looking for a dynamic and committed Chief Executive to build on what has been achieved to date and to lead the organisation into its next phase.
The successful candidate will provide clear thoughtful leadership as the organisation continues to grow balancing quality culture and compliance with commercial awareness and sustainability. This role will suit a leader who is values driven collaborative and practical with the ability to inspire people while developing and strengthening the organisation for the future.
About the Role
- Lead support and inspire the Senior management team to deliver Embraces vision values and strategic objectives.
- Overall responsibility for financial sustainability including the preparation and oversight of annual budgets ensuring growth is well planned and aligned with service quality.
- Accountable for governance regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvement while encouraging development that enhances outcomes for the people we support.
- Develop and grow key commercial and stakeholder relationships balancing opportunity with risk and ensuring decisions support both long term quality of care and long term sustainability .
- Act as spokesperson and ambassador for Embrace building trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years executive management experience ideally within healthcare social care or a related service sector managing multiple sites.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with proven experience preparing and managing budgets.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to represent Embrace at the highest levels.
- A collaborative people-focused leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- A relevant third level qualification in management nursing health and social care or a related field is desirable but not essential where you have a proven track record in senior leadership.
