The Registered Nurse in the Labor Delivery Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) unit provides skilled nursing care to patients adhering to AWHONN staffing standards. This role involves potential floating between units based on unit needs and requires working every other weekend. A vehicle is necessary for this assignment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care in the LDRP unit.
- Monitor and assess patients in active labor postpartum and recovery.
- Adhere to AWHONN staffing standards maintaining a 1:1 ratio for active labor and 1:3 for postpartum.
- Float to other units based on unit needs and skill set.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- BLS certification.
- NRP certification.
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience.
- Must have a vehicle for this assignment.
