Description
This contract on-site position provides an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional care in the Ob/Gyn specialty within the medical practice industry.
As a Locum CNM you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive midwifery care to expectant mothers and their families. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Provide prenatal intrapartum and postpartum care to patients
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with obstetricians and healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on childbirth and parenting
- Assist in labor and delivery ensuring safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Stay current with best practices in midwifery care
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing and certification as a Nurse Midwife
- Current and valid CNM license in the state of practice
- Experience in Ob/Gyn care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and patient needs
Schedule: 24-hour in-house shifts
Will serve as first call
Setting: Hospital
Delivery Volume: 2-3 per day 2400 annually
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
