Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in the Virginia Beach VA area.
This is a full-time position for an RBT who is reliable compassionate and committed to delivering high-quality evidence-based care.
All new hires are required to complete paid onboarding and training Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the first two weeks of employment regardless of their long-term assigned schedule.
Services are provided in home and community-based settings.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Experience providing ABA services preferred
Full-time availability with schedule flexibility through 6:00 PM daily
Availability to attend paid training Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the first two weeks of employment
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to work in home and community-based environments
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in active play
Strong communication skills professionalism and attention to detail
