What Youll Build:
Join our AI-driven SAP development team and lead the creation of intelligent scalable solutions that transform enterprise this role you will:
Design develop and deliver complex product features using ABAP RAP CDS Views and complementary technologies like Java JavaScript and Python
Architect GenAI and AI integrations that enhance automation and customer experience
Drive innovation through long-term concepts and strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to co-create impactful solutions
Share domain and product knowledge with the team.
Provide regular progress updates to your manager or project lead.

What You Bring:
Strong working knowledge of GenAI and AI concepts with practical experience applying them in SAP environments.
Overall experience of 8 years in Software application development
Proficiency in core SAP development technologies including:
ABAP for backend logic and custom enhancements.
RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) for building modern cloud-ready applications.
CDS Views for data modelling and service exposure.
Experience leading or guiding development teams in agile environments
Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to long-term product evolution
Strong customer focus and communication skills
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to work independently set priorities and deliver high-quality results
A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
