Facility Engineer廠務工程師

工作內容包含

• 確保廠務系統如 HVAC電力機電給排水的穩定運作與維護
• 規劃並協調各項 建設擴建汰換與維修專案確保如期並在預算內完成
• 建立與執行 安全管理程序保障全體員工有安全的工作環境
• 與跨部門合作了解需求並提出有效的廠務解決方案
• 定期執行 廠務系統巡檢稽核確保符合法規地方 / 中央 / 安全規範
• 管理廠商與供應商確保品質時程與成本效率
• 運用專案管理技能推動廠務系統升級與改善專案

廠務工程師職缺我們希望你具備

• 工程相關學士或以上學歷
• 3 年以上廠務工程建築機電或相關工作經驗
• 熟悉 HVAC電力機電給排水等建築系統
• 具備專案管理能力可同時處理多個專案
• 具備執行廠務改善與升級的成功經驗
• 良好的溝通協調與跨部門合作能力
• 遵循安全操作流程的職業素養
• 熟悉廠務管理軟體或相關工具者佳
