Requirements:

• Fresh Grads (2025 - 2027) or Junior Engineers (< 2 years exp).

• Mandarinproficiencywill be a strong plus.

Semiconductor Engineer at Micron Technology making the improvement efforts to yield and equipment performance in your area to achieve high device yield reliability and cost efficiency. You have to establish processes set up parameters and carry out evaluation to improve process and equipment performances.

Collaborate with other fab areas to develop strategies in support of reliability and operational efficiency improvements.

Drive process and product improvements and solutions to ensure that product quality and reliability meet or exceed customer requirement.

Apply industrial engineering concepts to analyze line operations scheduling and production planning. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement metrics that boost production efficiency and measure performance.

Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Establish and improve process condition and technology

2. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost

3. Establish and modify process management projects

4. Set up process parameters of equipment.

5. Evaluation promotion and planning of new equipment/ materials

6. Abnormal analysis and improvement

7. Collaborate with process and production team to improve capacity and tool strategy to increase efficiency

8. Quality engineering PTS/ PG/ RMA/ Qual Job/Project

9. Package quality and reliability for Microns product lines

10. Failure Analysis

11. Collecting/Analyzing Data and developing analysis Tools
