As a Contents Manager with SERVPRO Team George you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role you will manage a wide range of functions on all contents projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of contents and cleaning projects ensuring customer and client satisfaction
- Manage the contents team and assign tasks to technicians on a daily basis
- Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
- Ensure all work performed complies with the specifications and requirements of the scope of work.
- Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos contracts inventory lists etc.
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other team members involved
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous contents management experience
- IICRC Contents Processing Technician (CPT) certification preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
- Xactimate & ContentsTrack experience preferred
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e. driving sitting stairs)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
- Exposure to noise levels at job sites that can be loud
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
