The Opportunity
Join our Documentation Management System Specialist team at HVDC where youll play a key role in supporting our global business operations. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team youll help maintain and develop systems governed by the Documentation Management department ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our users across the globe.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Operate maintain and support documentation management systems in collaboration with global teams
- Handle incidents service requests and change requests according to HVDCs support processes
- Ensure system availability and performance in line with SLA agreements and manage risks and issues
- Participate in internal and global development initiatives including requirements gathering and testing
- Manage access rights project workspaces and maintain related processes and instructions
- Conduct workflow analysis and business process reviews creating functional specifications
- Support onboarding training and knowledge sharing within the specialist team
- Communicate with stakeholders during major events and coordinate resources for support and projects
Your Background
- University degree in IT Systems science or Computer science
- Good general knowledge of Documentation Management Systems (DMS)
- Understanding of system development and IT architecture
- Ability to analyze and solve administrative problems using IT
- Basic understanding of information security and data protection
- Fluent in Swedish and English both spoken and written
- Experience in IT project management is a plus
