Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to oversee and drive day-to-day operations across multiple large-scale construction and development projects. This role works closely with ownership and is a role for someone who can run operations manage people interface with institutions and keep complex projects moving forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational execution across active construction projects
Manage internal staff and external consultants
Serve as point person for agencies lenders and partners
Implement systems processes and workflows
Ensure projects move efficiently from planning through execution
Support leadership with operational strategy and execution
Qualifications & Must-Haves
Experience in construction development or property management
Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows
Proven leadership and people-management ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fully in-office availability
