Job Summary
New Albany Country Club is now accepting applications for Bartenders/Servers to join our Adult Pool team for the summer season. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-end resort-style environment while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
Position Details
Seasonal position
Schedule: MondaySunday shifts between 10:00 AM 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older
Qualifications
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and guest service skills
Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety standards
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests in a warm friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Answer questions about drink ingredients and make beverage recommendations
Ensure compliance with all liquor laws health regulations and club policies
Verify age and monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
Maintain a clean stocked and organized bar area
Complete side work including cleaning stocking garnish prep and sanitizing glassware
Remove alcohol from service areas at required closing times
Perform additional duties as assigned to support pool operations
