What Youll Do

Present and structure financing options that align customer needs with dealership profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with national and local lending partners
Maximize finance income through compliant product offerings (VSC GAPinsurance etc.)
Ensure accurate compliant documentation in accordance with state and federalregulations
Partner closely with Sales to deliver a seamless high-end customer experience
Contribute directly to dealership performance CSI and long-term growth

What Were Looking For

23 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in automotive finance
Deep understanding of automotive lending credit profiles and finance products
Strong deal-closing ability with ethical customer-first communication
High attention to detail and process discipline
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and finance software
A professional who wants to build something long-term not just chase the next desk
