Position Overview

The Electrical Coordinator is the central hub for scheduling dispatching and supporting our electrical service team. Youll ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish by coordinating schedules managing workflow maintaining communication between technicians customers and leadership and keeping projects on track. This role requires strong organizational skills excellent communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for residential electrical technicians and installers.
• Dispatch jobs efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Track job progress ensure accurate documentation and update records in Service Titan.
• Serve as a communication link between customers technicians and management.
• Manage parts orders equipment delivery and job readiness.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy in documentation and billing.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as job completion rates callback frequency and technician efficiency.
• Support compliance with local codes safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with onboarding and training new electrical team members.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in electrical service coordination dispatch scheduling or a related role.
• Knowledge of residential electrical systems and terminology preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience a plus).
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
