Business Support Manager
Job Summary
- Provide strategic leadership in formulating and implementing business support to achieve corporate objectives.
- Monitor opportunities across sectors (transport energy water environment) and conduct competitor mapping for management decisions and BD strategy.
- Support BD strategy by leveraging long-standing networks with infrastructure clients (government SOEs private sector).
- Lead mentor and develop the Business Support team ensuring effective task execution and to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Oversee proposal and tender processes including planning review and final approval ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical insight for proposals and ensure high-quality proposal formatting compliance completeness and timely submission
- Maintain CVs rate tables and consultant database updating company profile and brochure and other business development materials.
- Ensure BD processes follow SMEC/SJ policies governance and ethics
- Compliance with HSE ensure tasks comply with SMECs HSEQ requirements apply safe working practices report incidents and always prioritize safety.
