As aSenior Administrative Officer you willprovide high-level administrative coordination and operational support to the General Manager Workforce Strategy and the Workforce Strategy leadership team. You will play a critical role in ensuring effective workflows high-quality documentation seamless communication and the smooth delivery of projects governance activities and leadership operations within a fast-paced strategic environment.
Please note this is a permanent Full-Time position. Flexibility is important to us and we know it is to you too. This role supports hybrid working by agreement
Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Provide high-level confidential administrative and executive support to the General Manager Workforce Strategy and leadership team including diary management correspondence and follow-up of key actions.
Prepare edit and format professional documents such as reports briefings agendas presentations and meeting minutes.
Coordinate meetings travel leadership forums and project activities ensuring materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
Maintain SharePoint sites records management systems and version control and support reporting workforce data summaries and governance deliverables.

Qualification in business administration or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative or executive support in a senior or complex environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams and SharePoint
