Job Summary

Tasks

Design develop and implement complex software systems to meet the technical requirements and business goals of Syntivis AG.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions and ensure seamless deployment and operation of software products.
Troubleshoot diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to maintain system integrity and performance.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead efforts in researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies to challenge existing processes and enhance system capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role with a strong background in software development environments.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud with a solid understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment demonstrating accountability and commitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge and influence technical decisions across diverse teams.
