WhatWork You Willbe Responsible For:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals partnerships corporations and other entities ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients andmaintainrelationshipswith firmleadership.

• Develop a working knowledge of the clients business take responsibility for completing assigned tasks and meet clientdeadlines.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws regulations and accounting standards and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.

• Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts share knowledge and ensure efficient and effective delivery of taxservices.

• Mentor and coach junior team members.

• Professional Development:Participatein training programs and professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and develop industry-specificexpertise.

Basic Qualifications:

• BachelorsDegree in Accountingor equivalent field is

• 1 years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• Masters Degree inTaxationor relevant field

• CPA or parts passed towards completion

• OR IRS Enrolled Agent Certification
