AI Technologist
Location Erskine Newcastle Farnborough or London

As an AI Technologist youll help shape data architecture and governance approaches while working closely with architects analysts and wider delivery teams.
Youll enjoy problemsolving mentoring others and building data foundations that accelerate trustworthy AI. Youll contribute to data strategy oversee project execution and support the development of robust data solutions that align with best practice and realworld business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data architecture projects and guide teams to ensure milestones and outcomes are delivered successfully.
- Provide clear updates on progress risks and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with data architects and analysts to deliver highquality data solutions using industry best practices.
- Participate in defining data requirements and shaping organisational data strategies.
- Implement strong data governance quality frameworks and standards to ensure accuracy consistency and trust.
- Contribute to data security and compliance initiatives across projects.
- Support the creation of data roadmaps aligned to standards and organisational goals.
- Mentor and empower junior colleagues helping them develop confidence in data architecture principles.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in AI / Data solutioning presales consulting AI product roles or AIfocused innovation.
- Knowledge of one or more key industries: A&D Finance Healthcare Government or Life Sciences.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks Data platforms and Cloud ecosystems (Azure AWS GCP).
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - especially with senior leaders.
- Experience collaborating with both sales and delivery teams.
