Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Syamal Ahmedabad
we are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller who can effectively communicate with clients and generate business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to potential clients
Explain company products and services clearly
Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information
Maintain daily call reports and records
Coordinate with the sales team
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi / English)
Basic computer knowledge
Telecalling or sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Confident target-oriented personality
Experience:
0–2 years
