Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a sales-oriented team. Drive motivation performance and coaching for daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Sales Execution: Oversee pitch quality objection handling conversion strategies and upselling/cross-selling of products.
- User Engagement: Strategise outreach efforts to maximise touchpoints and conversions from our subscribed user base. Design scripts and selling frameworks with the team.
- Data and Metrics: Track sales metrics and team productivity. Share daily reports and insights with leadership.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct weekly reviews with the team and assist with individual and team improvements
Requirements: - Graduate in any field
- Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
- 2 years of Sales team handling experience.
- Strong experience leading sales/target-driven teams.
- Excellent in pitching objection handling and user communication.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools; data-first mindset.
- High ownership ability to operate under pressure and hunger to deliver results.
- Ability to coordinate on calls and host presentations.
- Hospitality experience is a plus
- This is an In Office role. (Contract will be created as In Office)
- 24/7 rotation Shifts 6 days work week (Mon - Sun)
