Job Summary

Senior Car Park Attendant (Contract to June 2026)

Location: Manly

We are partnered with a progressive community-focused organisation seeking an experienced Senior Car Park Attendant to supervise daily parking operations and lead a small team in delivering safe efficient and customer-focused service.

This is a contract role through to the end of June 2026.

About the Role

Supervise and support Car Park Attendants
Deliver professional handling of enquiries and complaints
Assist with daily administration of parking stations
Monitor and maintain car park equipment (minor repairs as required)
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery

About You

Previous experience in the car park or parking operations industry (essential)
Experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Commitment to safety and service excellence

Hours (40.5 hrs per week)

Thursday & Friday: 9:00am 4:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am 5:00pm
Sunday: 3:30pm 12:00am
Monday: 3:30pm 12:30am

Salary & Benefits

$34.87 $40.52 per hour (depending on experience)
25% loading on Saturdays
50% loading on Sundays
20% loading after 10:00pm
