Assistant Principal
The Instructional Coach will work closely with the Assistant Principal Principal Directors and Chiefs as well as the Superintendent to support the schools academic culture and operational goals. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and support in fostering a positive school culture supporting teachers and ensuring that students meet academic and behavior expectations while demonstrating our core values. The Instructional coach will help meet Étoile Academys ambitious goals including growth on MAP STAAR and TELPAS as well as interim assessments. The Instructional coach is responsible for the whole school in the absence of the principal on campus as designated by the campus principal at any given moment.

Partner with teachers to establish consistent classroom expectations and routines that support a strong learning environment.
Provide professional development for staff on cultural competence relationship-building and positive behavior reinforcement.
Maintain a visible presence across campus to strengthen relationships with students staff and families.
Collaborate with student support staff and family engagement teams to ensure students feel connected safe and supported.
