Essential Functions

- Utilizes Rotary saw Hose Crimpers Tape Measures and various other hand tools to createper customer specification.
- Utilizes build instructions and testing reports to document product conformity.
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to thelead and or supervisor.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Performs prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. Information on incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures. Provides feedback to the company on service failures or customer concerns.
- Partners with the sales team to meet and exceedservice and Personnel Policies.
- Upholds ISO 9001:2015 requirements as defined inquality procedures/processes.
