Job Summary

We are seeking a skilledAC-DC and DC-DC Converter Developerto design develop and validate high-performance power conversion solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in power electronics converter topologies magnetics design and control techniques with hands-on experience taking designs from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Design and developAC-DC and DC-DC power converters(isolated and non-isolated)

Select and optimize converter topologies (Flyback Forward LLC Buck Boost Buck-Boost etc.)

Performschematic design component selection and power stage calculations

Design and validatemagnetics(transformers inductors)

Developcontrol loops(analog and/or digital) and ensure system stability

Conductsimulationusing tools such as LTspice PSIM or MATLAB

SupportPCB layout reviewswith a focus on EMI/EMC thermal performance and efficiency

Performdebugging testing and validation(efficiency load/line regulation transient response)

Ensure compliance withsafety and regulatory standards(IEC UL EN CISPR etc.)

Collaborate with firmware mechanical and manufacturing teams

SupportDFMEA design documentation and production release

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree inElectrical/Electronics Engineeringor related field

Strong fundamentals inpower electronics and analog circuit design

Hands-on experience withAC-DC and DC-DC converter development

Proficiency inschematic capture and PCB tools(Altium OrCAD KiCad etc.)

Experience withpower semiconductor devices(MOSFETs IGBTs GaN SiC)

Knowledge ofEMI/EMC mitigation techniques

Experience using lab equipment: oscilloscopes power analyzers electronic loads

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience withanalog (PWM) and digital power control(MCU/DSP-based control)

Knowledge ofSi GaN or SiC-based power designs

Familiarity withhigh-efficiency and high-power-density designs

Experience inSpace Military automotive industrial telecom or consumer power supplies

Understanding ofthermal management and mechanical integration

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Good documentation and communication skills

Passion for power electronics and continuous learning
