ABOUT THE ROLE
As aSecurity & Resilience Specialist you will play a key role in strengthening Fevers global approach to corporate security risk management resilience and duty of care.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of security risk and crisis management processes across Fevers corporate operations and productions. The role requires autonomy sound judgment and the ability to move comfortably between strategic analysis and operational support particularly in complex or high-pressure situations.
Were looking for someone with a naturally multidisciplinary transversal profile able to work across risk analysis crisis management travel security and stakeholder coordination in a fast-moving international context.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design implementation and continuous evolution of global corporate security risk management resilience and duty of care frameworks including policies protocols and processes.
- Support the design and implementation of crisis management processes across corporate functions and productions ensuring clarity in roles escalation and decision-making.
- Deliver intelligence-led risk assessments and resilience reviews for productions corporate functions and travel-related activities translating complex risks into clear actionable recommendations.
- Advise leadership during crises and major incidents ensuring coordinated responses informed decision-making and structured post-incident reviews.
- Strengthen travel security and duty of care frameworks including risk assessments traveler guidance escalation protocols and incident support.
- Contribute to Fevers expansion by proactively identifying and mitigating risks linked to new geographies markets business models and team mobility.
- Work transversally with teams across the business helping to raise overall risk awareness and embed a strong resilience culture within Fever.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in corporate security / intelligence / risk management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading crisis management in international or multi-regional organizations ideally in fast-moving or high-exposure environments.
- Working in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish French or Portuguese are highly valued.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear actionable recommendations.
- High emotional intelligence and advanced communication skills especially in sensitive or high-pressure scenarios.
- Ability to influence and build trust with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional time and project management skills.
