Southern Glazers offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings between $48000 - $52000 with bonus potential. This salary range is an average range for this determining a final offer the company will evaluate a specific candidates education skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview
Provide administrative and operational support by maintaining office systems supplies and shared spaces. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Trade Development teams to support the coordination communication and execution of marketing initiatives including activity tracking presentation development program execution and other related responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment including reception areas conference rooms and kitchen spaces; greet and assist visitors as needed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including phone coverage correspondence document management supply ordering courier coordination and general office operations.
- Manage and track inventory for the regional office Sales team and Trade Development team including office supplies POS materials coupons brand assets and job-related tools.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and conference calls; prepare agendas distribute materials and document meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Serve as a central point of contact for Sales and Trade Development teams regarding marketing initiatives activities and communication needs.
- Maintain calendars activity trackers and brand documentation for regional Trade Development initiatives including updates on SharePoint.
- Support logistics for trade shows local events and regional visits ensuring timely execution and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate product registrations listing applications invoice coding and invoice verification.
- Ensure purchasing shipping and receiving activities in collaboration with internal teams suppliers and external partners; support local delivery for assigned supplier portfolios.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience or more.
- Experience in marketing and administration in adult beverage or CPG.
- Strong organizational interpersonal verbal/written communication skills and analytical skills.
- Must require little direction or supervision; goal-oriented focused and assertive.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities on tight deadlines and maintain a high level of quality standard.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint Word and Excel.
- Proficient working knowledge of word processing spreadsheet presentations and email.
Physical Demands
- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g. keyboard mouse and monitor) or adding machine.
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to the rare amount of time include walking bending reaching standing and stooping.
- May require occasional lifting/lowering pushing carrying or pulling up to 20lbs.
