Tollgate Primary School are seeking a passionate and committed Inclusion Lead to join our supportive staff team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven to make a positive difference to childrens lives and is dedicated to promoting inclusion wellbeing and success for all learners.

You will have a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and relational practice recognising the vital role that positive relationships and emotional security play in learning. You will believe that children learn best when they are supported to develop the skills they need to thrive within the classroom and wider school community.

You will have experience and confidence in using de-escalation strategies to support individual children helping them to regulate emotions and remain engaged in learning. Working closely with colleagues families and external professionals you will contribute to creating a calm nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and understood.

This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate reflective and enthusiastic about inclusive education and who is eager to play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for children.
