Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced and compassionate Lead Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental team in Whitby Dental & Implant Clinic Ellesmere Port.
The essentials:
- Part time over 4 days
- Tuesdays 8.30am - 6:15pm Wednesdays 8am- 6.15pm Thursdays 8am - 5.30 & Fridays 8am - 5pm
- Competitive rate from 15 per hour
- Work with a team of 4 Dental Nurses
- Fully private 3 surgery practice with opportunity to work with endo implants ortho and denplan
- Opportunity or upskilling
Youll guide and mentor our nursing team while maintaining the highest standards of patient care in a safe compliant and supportive environment. If youre passionate about dental nursing excellence and thrive on empowering others wed love to hear from you. The role will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver exceptional patient care
- Oversee sterilization procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices
- Manage patient communication
- Support team members through training guidance and constructive feedback helping them develop their skills and advance their careers
- Monitor inventory levels order supplies as needed and manage clinical resources effectively
- Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Serve as a point of contact for patient inquiries and concerns resolving issues with professionalism and care
About you

- A recognised Dental Nursing qualification and active GDC registration
- Previous experience in a similar lead or senior dental nurse role
- A caring and empathetic approach with strong communication and leadership skills
- A team player who thrives on supporting others and delivering excellent patient care
