The APAC Regional People Lead is a senior HR leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the peoples strategy across the APAC region. As a core member of both the Regional Leadership Team and the Global People Leadership Team the role partners closely with business leaders global Centers of Excellence and regional stakeholders to deliver highquality strategic HR solutions.
What Youll Get to Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the APAC Regional Managing Partner and regional leadership team on all people and culture matters.
- Shape and execute the APAC people strategy aligned with business objectives and global priorities.
- Actively contribute to the Global People Leadership Team collaborating with global Centers of Excellence to deliver cohesive highimpact people solutions.
- Lead change and innovation challenging the status quo and implementing initiatives that enhance culture performance and operational effectiveness.
- Drive strategic workforce planning anticipating emerging skillsincluding the impact of AIand shaping a futureready workforce.
- Strengthen Capcos talent pipeline through succession planning highpotential identification and targeted development.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to advance a compelling people value proposition that attracts diverse highcaliber talent.
- Oversee the full performance and reward cycle ensuring competitive fair and effective practices that align with Capcos values.
- Enhance employee engagement and build an inclusive culture where everyone can Be Yourself At Work.
- Use people insights and analytics to inform leadership decisions and improve organizational performance.
- Promote strong use of systems dashboards and automated reporting to drive operational efficiency.
