Overview
An established fintech business is seeking a Head of Office to lead its Singapore operations overseeing commercial growth operational performance and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead regional teams across sales operations and client services.
Define and execute local business strategy aligned with global objectives.
Manage P&L budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Represent the business at industry events and with key clients.
Qualifications
10 years in financial services or fintech leadership roles.
Experience managing teams and regional operations.
Strong commercial and operational acumen.
Knowledge of MAS regulatory environment preferred.
Day-to-day
Oversee regional performance and KPIs.
Meet key clients and partners.
Lead internal management meetings.
Review financial and operational reports.
Support hiring and team development.
